1. About Automation2Ai.com
Automation2Ai.com provides automation powered trading assistance services for traders, with a current focus on Tradetron users.
Our services may include Tradetron account monitoring, broker token generation support, Morning Map alerts, error management, broker and Tradetron workflow monitoring, position comparison assistance, day log reporting, operational support, and related automation services.
Automation2Ai.com is not a stock broker, investment advisor, financial advisor, research analyst, portfolio manager, exchange member, or trading strategy provider.
2. Nature of Our Service
Automation2Ai.com provides operational assistance and automation support.
We help monitor workflows, identify alerts, assist with broker token generation, review status conditions, attend errors, compare positions where applicable, and share reports or updates.
We do not create trading strategies for you unless separately agreed in writing. We do not guarantee trading profits. We do not guarantee loss prevention. We do not guarantee that every error, mismatch, token issue, broker issue, Tradetron issue, or platform issue will be detected or resolved.
Trading involves risk. You remain fully responsible for your trading decisions, deployed strategies, broker accounts, Tradetron account, capital, positions, orders, profits, losses, and compliance obligations.
3. Membership Plans and Pricing
Automation2Ai.com offers prepaid membership plans for Tradetron and broker care.
Current plans shown on the website include Free Consultation, Starter, Pro Trader, and Maxi.
Starter is listed at ₹5,000 per month including GST for one Tradetron account and one broker account.
Pro Trader is listed at ₹36,000 per year including GST for one Tradetron account and two broker accounts.
Maxi is listed at ₹1,20,000 per year including GST for five Tradetron accounts and two broker accounts.
Additional broker support is listed at ₹1,000 per month.
Pricing, plan limits, service coverage, and features may change in the future. The active pricing shown on Automation2Ai.com or confirmed during onboarding will apply at the time of purchase or renewal.
4. Prepaid Service Policy
All Automation2Ai.com services are prepaid only.
We do not provide postpaid services.
We do not provide free trials.
A free consultation may be offered before payment to understand your requirement, explain the service, and guide onboarding. Free consultation does not mean free usage of paid services.
Service activation may begin only after payment is completed, required onboarding details are received, and the account setup is ready from Our side.
5. Onboarding Requirements
To provide the service, We may ask you to share details related to your Tradetron account, broker account, contact information, alert preferences, Telegram or WhatsApp details, broker token requirements, account structure, deployment details, or other operational information.
You agree to provide accurate and updated information.
Delay in sharing required information may delay onboarding, monitoring, alerts, token support, error handling, or reporting.
We are not responsible for service limitations caused by incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or outdated information provided by you.
6. Account Access and Credentials
If you provide login credentials, broker details, TOTP details, API keys, or any access related information, you confirm that you are authorized to share such information with Automation2Ai.com.
You remain responsible for your own account security.
You should not share access details that you are not comfortable sharing. You may change passwords, revoke access, or update credentials whenever needed.
If you change credentials, broker settings, Tradetron settings, 2FA settings, API settings, or account permissions, you must inform Us if it affects the service.
Automation2Ai.com is not responsible for service interruptions caused by changed passwords, expired tokens, failed OTP, broker restrictions, platform changes, invalid credentials, account locks, security blocks, or missing permissions.
7. Trading Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all trading activity in your Tradetron account, broker account, and connected systems.
Automation2Ai.com does not decide what trades you should take, when you should enter, when you should exit, how much capital you should use, or which strategy you should run.
We may assist with monitoring, status checking, error attention, token support, position comparison, and reporting, but final responsibility remains with you.
You should independently verify critical trading information, especially open positions, orders, margins, errors, mismatches, and broker side execution.
8. No Profit Guarantee
Automation2Ai.com does not guarantee profit, returns, accuracy of trading strategies, success of automation, uninterrupted execution, or prevention of losses.
Our service is designed to reduce manual workload and improve operational awareness. It cannot remove trading risk.
Market movement, strategy logic, broker execution, exchange conditions, Tradetron platform behavior, internet issues, API issues, server issues, order rejection, slippage, margin shortage, and user decisions can all affect trading results.
9. Third Party Platforms
Our service depends on third party platforms such as Tradetron, broker websites, broker APIs, Telegram, WhatsApp, payment gateways, hosting services, WordPress systems, and other tools.
These platforms may change their design, login process, token process, API behavior, pricing, security rules, or availability at any time.
Automation2Ai.com is not responsible for losses, delays, errors, failed orders, failed token generation, login blocks, outages, data mismatch, execution issues, or service interruptions caused by third party platforms.
10. Automation Limitations
Automation systems can improve speed, consistency, and monitoring discipline, but they are not perfect.
Automation may fail or be delayed due to website layout changes, server issues, internet issues, browser errors, expired sessions, third party platform changes, captchas, OTP problems, data loading delays, system resource limits, software bugs, hosting problems, or unexpected account behavior.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain and improve Our systems, but We do not guarantee continuous or error free automation.
11. Alerts and Reports
Automation2Ai.com may send alerts, Morning Map updates, token status updates, error updates, position comparison updates, day log reports, and other service messages through email, Telegram, WhatsApp, dashboard, or other channels.
Alerts and reports are provided for operational support.
You should not treat alerts or reports as investment advice, trade recommendations, or guaranteed status confirmation.
Message delivery may depend on internet connectivity, third party communication platforms, device settings, notification permissions, and service availability.
12. Error Handling and Position Comparison
When errors or critical events appear, Automation2Ai.com may review the issue, take reasonable operational steps, and verify status where possible.
Position comparison assistance may be provided to help identify possible mismatches between Tradetron and broker side positions.
Position comparison depends on available data, platform access, timing, broker display, Tradetron display, and market conditions.
You remain responsible for independently checking your positions, orders, and risk.
13. Service Hours and Availability
Automation2Ai.com services are designed mainly around trading operation needs and market hour workflows.
Specific service availability, monitoring scope, token generation timing, alert timing, and reporting timing may depend on the plan, onboarding setup, account count, broker count, automation schedule, server availability, and operational feasibility.
We may pause or limit service temporarily for maintenance, server upgrades, bug fixes, platform changes, security reasons, or unavoidable operational reasons.
14. User Responsibilities
You agree to maintain your Tradetron account, broker account, broker subscriptions, required permissions, valid credentials, sufficient margin, working 2FA or TOTP setup, internet access where needed, and accurate contact details.
You agree not to misuse Automation2Ai.com, interfere with Our systems, provide false information, request unauthorized access, share illegal content, use Our service for unlawful activity, or attempt to copy, damage, overload, or reverse engineer Our systems.
15. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellation
All paid plans must be paid in advance.
Your service may stop, pause, or not renew if payment is not completed before the next billing period.
Cancellation requests must be communicated through Our available contact channels.
Cancellation stops future service continuation. It does not automatically create a refund for the current active paid period.
Because Automation2Ai.com provides operational setup, account onboarding, automation allocation, monitoring preparation, and support effort, payments once made are generally non refundable unless Automation2Ai.com decides otherwise in writing.
16. Refund Policy
Automation2Ai.com does not promise automatic refunds.
Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed case by case.
No refund will be provided for losses caused by trading decisions, market movement, broker issues, Tradetron issues, third party platform outages, user credential problems, incorrect information provided by the user, delayed user response, expired token, changed password, or completed service period.
17. Intellectual Property
The Automation2Ai.com name, website content, service structure, automation systems, workflows, reports, scripts, processes, documentation, and related materials belong to Automation2Ai.com unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Our systems, content, or workflows without written permission.
18. Confidentiality
We will make reasonable efforts to keep your service related information confidential.
You also agree not to share private service workflows, internal automation details, scripts, credentials, reports, or operational methods provided by Automation2Ai.com with unauthorized third parties.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation2Ai.com will not be liable for trading losses, missed profits, capital loss, order failure, execution error, platform outage, broker issue, Tradetron issue, market movement, data mismatch, delay, automation failure, communication failure, server issue, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by you to Automation2Ai.com for the active service period directly connected to the claim.
20. No Warranty
Automation2Ai.com provides services on a reasonable effort basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error free operation, guaranteed detection of every issue, guaranteed token generation, guaranteed error resolution, guaranteed position matching, guaranteed report delivery, or guaranteed trading outcome.
21. Changes to Services and Terms
Automation2Ai.com may update services, pricing, plans, service scope, automation systems, onboarding requirements, communication channels, and these Terms of Service from time to time.
The updated Terms will be posted on Automation2Ai.com with a revised effective date.
Continued use of Automation2Ai.com or Our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by the laws applicable in India.
Any disputes will be handled through good faith discussion first. If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the appropriate courts and legal process in India.
